At Essential Course

Duration: about 60 minutes

With this experience, we will lead you on a brief introductory journey into the world of wine. Walking through our vineyards, we will tell you about this sector and the philosophy we have always pursued, which connects us to nature and our land.

Next, we will move to the winery to understand the production process and how we accompany the wine on its path of continuous transformation.

We will conclude with a tasting in the dedicated room, where you will be served three of our AT products. Together, we will understand how our approach and the territory influence the sensory nuances we can perceive during the tasting.

This proposal is designed to immerse you in our winemaking reality. You will be guided on a pleasant walk through our vineyards, surrounded by a picturesque panorama. We will share agronomic information, anecdotes, and curiosities related to our experience and passion for viticulture.

We will then guide you on a tour of our winery, illustrating the practices we use to accompany our wine in its evolution, along with the reasons for our choices.

We will conclude the tour by tasting four Aquila del Torre wines, all accompanied by a platter of Friulian cheeses. This will give us the opportunity to appreciate and enjoy the fruit of this long process, capturing its nuances and seeking the characteristics of our territory in the glass.

Approach to biodynamic wine mini course

Duration: about 4 hours

If you are fascinated by the biodynamic world and want to understand better how this approach influences viticulture, this experience is perfect for you! Our goal is to immerse you completely in our agronomic reality, guiding you through a journey that will provide you with knowledge and curiosities that will enrich your understanding.

The mini course on biodynamic wine is divided into two parts: the first part, lasting about 2 hours, consists of an evocative walk through the vineyard amphitheater, during which we will explore the fundamental principles of biodynamic viticulture and agronomic aspects.
The second part, of the same duration, will delve into the natural winemaking process using indigenous yeasts, followed by a guided tasting of four of our products, including two wines from the AT line and two wines from the selection, for a sensory association experience with the previously shared practices.
